Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Eversafe Roofing collects through eversaferoofing.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.

Who we are

Eversafe Roofing is a roofing contractor with offices in Madison, Wisconsin; Farmington, Connecticut; and Rochester, New York. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Eversafe Roofing.

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on our site, we collect what you type into it:

• Inspection request forms: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you choose to add in the message box, such as the roof’s location or what you have noticed. Some forms also ask for your address and the office closest to you.
• Careers application: your name, phone, email, the role and market you are applying for, your experience, and a résumé if you upload one.

When you call one of our offices, we may keep a record of the call and the details you share.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site and the services it uses collect some technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule an inspection, and contact you by phone or email about it
• To prepare estimates and documentation for your roof
• To review job applications
• To measure whether our advertising works and to improve our website
• To protect the site from spam and misuse

We do not sell your personal information.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of outside services to run the site. They process information on our behalf or as described in their own policies:

• Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions, which are then sent to us.
• Google provides advertising and conversion measurement (Google Ads and the Google tag), and the fonts used on our pages. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google may record that visit and whether you went on to submit a form, so we can tell which ads work.
• Jotform supplies the reviews display on some pages, which shows public reviews from our Google Business Profile.
• CompanyCam is the photo documentation tool we use on jobs. If you become a customer, photos of your property are stored there.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or with insurance carriers and adjusters when you ask us to work with them on your claim.

Cookies and advertising

Our advertising measurement uses cookies to connect a visit to an ad click. You can control this in several ways:

• Adjust or turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
• Opt out of interest-based advertising through optout.networkadvertising.org

You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

How long we keep it

We keep inspection and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you, meet our legal and warranty obligations, and keep accurate business records. Job applications are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections on this site. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Children

Our website is for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
